Deering Bay is private country club community.  It consists of 5 unique condominium buildings (Milano, Siena, Verona, Padua, and Venice), the Club Villas, and the Estate Homes, which all enjoy state-of-the-art security.  In addition, it houses Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club, a private club that offers an 18 hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, 3 marinas, 16 tennis courts, a fitness center, and fine dining.  The golf course and club house were both completely renovated in 2007.
